Within our Contract Logistics division, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Project Manager who will lead the implementation of new and existing customer projects across our sites. In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding projects in a complex logistics environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to the corporate project methodology - on time, within budget, and in line with operational and customer requirements. You will typically manage 1-2 projects simultaneously, ranging from 6 months up to 2 years, and remain involved until shortly after go-live to ensure a smooth transition into operations. As a Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating all project workstreams, including operations, systems (IS), facility & equipment, HR, and customer integration. You act as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and the customer throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines project management, stakeholder management, and operational understanding, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
