* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
 * Workday reporting certification is a plus
 * 2+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
 * Strong experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Objects
 * Experience building Discovery Boards and dashboards
 * Experience reporting across Workday HCM and/or Financial Management
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Reporting Developer in Bethesda, MD. Position Summary: We are seeking a Workday Reporting Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance custom Workday reports and dashboards that support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and Discovery Boards. Responsibilities:

 * Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom Workday reports
 * Build Calculated Fields and reporting solutions based on business requirements
 * Create dashboards and Discovery Boards featuring key operational and business metrics
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to translate reporting needs into solutions
 * Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and security
 * Support Workday releases by testing and updating reports as needed
 * Document reporting logic and provide guidance to end users
