* Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role
 * Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
 * Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
 * Experience working in the front office

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at the executive level
 * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other software applications relevant to the role

## Description

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Front Office Systems Integrator supporting an exciting program based in Tyson's Corner, Virginia., * Tracking and responding to corporate actions by monitoring actions via a corporate action tracking tool

 * Analyzing the potential impact of corporate actions on the organization and make recommendations to management
 * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement response plans
 * Supporting office-level communication by compiling a weekly report, developing and publishing monthly newsletter, assisting with strategic communication initiatives, and developing and producing ad-hoc office communication
 * Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams
 * Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals
 * Providing general administrative support, including special projects and tasks assigned by management
