Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code utilizing coding standards, design patterns, and industry best practices. Leverage Java 8 functional programming capabilities, including Lambda expressions, Streams API, and Optional classes, to enhance application performance and code quality. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
