This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications., * Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) , Data Cloud (Data360) , and cross-cloud integrations. * End-to-End Implementation: Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations, bridging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to create unified customer journeys. * Data Strategy & Personalization: Configure Data Cloud (Data 360) ingestion pipelines (DLO/DMO), Identity Resolution, and real-time segmentation to build unified customer profiles for omnichannel campaigns. * Integration & APIs: Design and implement seamless integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT, and Attunity). * Strategic Alignment: Anticipate, plan, and deliver IT solutions that support enterprise strategic goals.
