## About the Role

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related area; two (2) years of experience in the administration and maintenance of a customer relationship management or content management system, or a related area; and two (2) years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft excel experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

## Description

JOB OBJECTIVE: To collect, organize and manage research tools and data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management (CMS) and other relational database systems; develops reports to review and analyze performance information for activities related to advertising, economic impact, visitor arrivals, visitor spending and related activities to improve and increase the productivity of the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) Sales and Marketing Division., * Choose from FSA (with Base, Buy-up 1 or Buyup 2 Plans), HSA (with High Deductible Plan) or Dependent Care Expenses,

 * FSA - can enroll at Open Enrollment after one year of service
 * HSA - can enroll during initial enrollment period or at Open Enrollment

Deferred Compensation - Arkansas Diamond Plan - employee contribution only, no employer contribution.

Voluntary Supplement Coverage - AFLAC (accident, cancer, etc.) voluntary insurance for employee, spouse and/or child(ren); MASA - Medical Transport Solutions; Simple Will - available at open enrollment only; Voluntary additional Life and AD&D available for employees and dependents with One America or Transamerica
