Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, the Manager, Software Engineering for Connect will lead and develop a team of software engineers and responsible for building and evolving high-quality digital products and services. You will drive delivery, team health, and technical excellence while partnering cross-functionally to align with product goals. This role requires a highly technical leader with strong software engineering experience and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in a SOX- and SOC 2-compliant environment where engineering, security, and operational rigor matter. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
