You know how to take logs, metrics, and tools and turn them into actionable security posture, not just dashboards. If you've touched CI/CD (like Jenkins), scripted in Python or Java, and automated the deployment and care-and-feeding of security tools across monitoring, intrusion detection/prevention, change detection, code analysis, and more, you'll stand out fast. High-signal experience: AWS certification or other cloud provider certification * Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools * Python * Java * Terraform * Kubernetes * monitoring tools * compliance tooling * vulnerability detection tools * intrusion detection and prevention tools * change management and detection tools * code analysis tools * custom source application development and maintenance, Must be a U.S. citizen. Must hold an existing SECRET security clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI access with Counterintelligence Polygraph. Must hold CompTIA Security+ or other DoDD 8140 certification. Must be willing to work 90% or as needed in a secure environment, with some on-call or after-hours onsite support. ## Description You'll focus on security engineering inside a modern cloud and DevOps ecosystem: * Cloud-based security applications and services * Enterprise common infrastructure and shared services * CI/CD-driven environments and automated pipelines * Security tooling configuration, tuning, and monitoring * Log aggregation, alerting, and security metrics * Configuration and vulnerability management for production apps * Custom application and code security support You'll work with technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes (or equivalents), open-source tools, cloud services, and CI/CD platforms.
