## Description

Sierra at XYZ Tech Inc. seeks an Associate for weekday mornings to afternoons to support software and data operations. Based in Chicago, IL, you will assist with monitoring applications, handling basic technical issues, preparing reports, and updating documentation. You'll collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure smooth system performance and timely task execution.
