This position is responsible for supporting standard playbook operational initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the facility. The Transformation Analyst works as an internal consultant to identify, conduct, and analyze business and production diagnostics to establish current state, set fact-based goals, and identify potential value for transformation initiatives.
