## Description

Roger is hiring Senior Software Engineers (5+ years) with a strong backend focus, startup experience (pre-seed to Series B) and a passion for healthcare. You will be a core team member with significant ownership, scaling core services and building new generative AI and LLM-driven workflows in a flat engineering structure with the CTO.

What You Will Do

 * Build and ship complex backend services and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and generative AI.
 * Own zero-to-one projects, from MVP prototypes to scalable, secure, reliable production systems.
 * Scale existing, widely adopted products as they launch to more organizations.
 * Improve backend architecture, observability and code quality.
 * Collaborate directly with other engineers and the CTO.
