You don't need to know everything, but you should be excited to learn it. * BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent major with strong academic performance (Or 2+ years of experience in a technical software support role) * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. * Understanding of relational databases and non-relational datastores and how to query them (SQL/N1QL) * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. * Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. * Solid knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language. * Curiosity and eagerness to investigate how software works, identify what's going wrong, and propose solutions when something isn't working as expected. * Comfort using AI-powered tools to speed up problem-solving, search through logs, and better understand unfamiliar code. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience. * Aptitude for learning new technologies. * Zealous attention to detail.
