## About the Role

* 4+ years of Benefit Verification / Benefit Investigation experience.
 * 1+ year of call center leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Trainer).
 * Strong core knowledge of insurance details (EOBs, deductibles, claims processing, and payer portals).
 * High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
 * Strong communication, reliability, and attendance track record.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or HUB services.
 * Prior call center background in healthcare/pharmaceutical environments.

## Description

* Perform high-volume inbound and outbound calls to perform benefit verifications, ensuring active patient insurance coverage for prescription medications.
 * Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve daily performance, volume, and quality standards.
 * Navigate complex insurance processes including deductibles, EOBs, claims, and payer portals.
 * Maintain active video camera presence throughout the workday while adhering to a business casual dress code.
