On-site attendance may also be required during system rollout activities. in Washington, DC, Our client seeks a Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer to lead hands-on development, architecture, and secure delivery in a federal environment. The role requires expert-level Salesforce engineering, OmniStudio, integrations, DevSecOps, and production support. The professional will design and ship scalable solutions, resolve platform issues, and guide standards while coding daily in Apex and LWC. Experience with federal security frameworks and CI/CD is important. AI and Salesforce Einstein capabilities are preferred., * Perform daily hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, debugging, and enhancement delivery. * Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, validation rules, triggers, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. * Build and enhance OmniStudio assets including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and UI/UX. * Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, analysts, security, and integration teams to translate needs into technical solutions. * Create and maintain technical and integration documentation and knowledge transfer materials. * Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, with MuleSoft preferred. * Lead solution architecture while contributing code, fixes, and deployments. * Design for scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and usability. * Define and uphold coding standards and best practices. * Align solutions with federal security requirements including NIST, FISMA, and ATO controls. * Implement secure development practices, role-based security, MFA-aware design, RBAC, and SSO. * Conduct code reviews, vulnerability remediation, deployment readiness, and secure releases. * Support CI/CD, version control, and Azure DevOps/Git-based deployments within an SDLC. * Support Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation where appropriate.
