* Experience entering daily transactions, updating customer profiles, and logging sales calls in company software
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 * Experience working in a small team environment
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
 * Customer service experience preferred
 * Basic knowledge of business phone systems, including call transfers and conference calling
 * Training provided

Looking for a stable administrative opportunity with room to grow? Join a dynamic team where you'll be the key point of contact between customers and field service operations., * Answer incoming customer calls and create service tickets

 * Manage and update customer ticket queues
 * Route calls and service requests to the appropriate teams
 * Coordinate communication between customers and Field Engineers
 * Schedule and coordinate onsite service visits
 * Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
 * Enter daily transactions and maintain accurate customer records
 * Log customer interactions and sales calls in company software
