Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (studies with a clear IT background).

 * ServiceNow certifications demonstrating strong platform fundamentals: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
 * Understanding of API-based integrations, enabling smooth communication between ServiceNow and external applications.
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, contributing to efficient and structured application development.
 * Familiarity with Git-based source control, supporting modern collaborative development workflows.
 * Exposure to Now Assist AI, leveraging AI-powered features to enhance development, automation, and user experience.
 * Comfortable with context switching.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Fluent in English, Dutch, and French., * ServiceNow Micro-Certifications, such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence, and Mobile App Development.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and CI/CD integration.
 * Basic Python knowledge, useful for automation and scripting.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with non-IT stakeholders.
 * Team player with a collaborative mindset.
 * Proven experience in ServiceNow development.
 * Precise and detail-oriented work ethic.
