## Description

Roche Diagnostics Corporation seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at its Indianapolis, Indiana location., Duties: Lead the business intelligence (BI) analytics initiatives as the embedded business intelligence domain expert on the supply chain team. Build robust, reliable, professional analytics solutions and models. Convert proof-of-concept models gathered from team members (supply and demand planners and their leaders) into scalable, user-friendly products. Provide recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Collaborate with cross functional groups to create analytics tools and reporting dashboards that enable internal teams to proactively manage the supply and enhance the customer experience. Partner with affiliates' global network of supply chain and BI professionals to exchange best practices to have tangible impact on customers and patients. Provide training on analytics and reporting tools in sessions at various scales. Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues and produce data sets and reports
for analysis using system reporting tools.
