Desired Skills * Experience supporting DOT or other federal applications and compliance environments. * Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating services or databases to AWS. * Experience with Docker, container orchestration, CloudWatch, distributed tracing, and operational observability. * Experience with Python and data processing or analytics workflows. * Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation, embeddings, vector search, prompt design, model evaluation, responsible AI controls, and human in the loop workflows. * Experience with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and USWDS based application development. * AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, AI Practitioner, or Machine Learning certification.
