Success in this position will come less from deep technical governance expertise and more from the ability to drive adoption, facilitate discussions, build relationships, and guide teams through change. Working across Finance functions and leadership levels, this individual will coordinate rollout activities, lead workshops and training sessions, help teams understand governance concepts, and ensure initiatives stay on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading programs, influencing without authority, and turning strategy into action.
