Leads the functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations., * Lead discovery sessions to understand current financial and budgeting processes

 * Configure Oracle Fusion Financials using cloud best practices
 * Configure Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and budget book creation
 * Align EPM processes with the PGCPS fiscal and budget cycle
 * Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities
 * Provide post-go-live functional support and stabilization
