Advanced SQL and Data Visualization platforms (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) a plus. * Knowledge of healthcare systems such as Meditech, Oracle, Medhost, FinThrive, SSI, Experian or similar platforms a plus. * Understanding of Revenue Cycle metrics, operational reporting, and KPI measurement. * Ability to interpret reports / dashboards and communicate findings. Work Experience, Education and Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields. * 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Accounting. * Experience supporting executive leadership through advanced analytics and reporting. ## Description The RCM Senior Data Analyst supports the Revenue Cycle Management Analytics team by providing reporting, analysis, and data insights that help improve operational and financial performance. This role partners with Revenue Cycle Operations, clients, and the analytics team to understand business needs, develop reports, validate data accuracy, and communicate findings.
