Uses independent judgment and technical expertise to identify complex data issues and trends across multiple systems. Serves as a subject matter expert, provides guidance to analysts, and may lead specialized functions or initiatives ( e.g., appeals, document management, property, * Performs advanced data quality, validation, and analytical review of property tax appeal data across assigned systems and workflows. * Receives, reviews, and processes property tax appeals to ensure information is accurate, complete, and processed in accordance with established deadlines, procedures, and statutory requirements. * Reviews appeal submissions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy and identifies discrepancies requiring correction or additional information.
