Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. * Experience working in PMO, IT, Finance, ERP, or business transformation environments preferred. * Experience supporting enterprise software implementations is desirable. Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or business process transformation projects is a plus., Project Management Skills: * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. * Strong documentation and task management capabilities. Technical Skills: * Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling tools. * Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. * SharePoint and document management systems. ## Description Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will help maintain project schedules, coordinate meetings, track action items, support invoice reconciliation activities, and ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date., Project Coordination & Administration * Provide day-to-day administrative support for SAP S/4HANA project activities. * Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables. * Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action items. * Maintain project documentation, repositories, and governance artifacts. * Support project onboarding activities for team members, contractors, and vendors. Schedule Management * Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. * Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities. * Coordinate scheduling of project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and status reviews. * Identify upcoming deadlines and communicate schedule risks to project leadership. * Track progress against planned deliverables and escalate potential delays. Task & Action Item Management * Maintain project action logs, RAID logs, and task trackers. * Follow up with workstream leaders on open actions and deliverables. * Monitor completion of project tasks and update status reporting dashboards. * Support project managers in preparing weekly status reports and leadership updates. * Ensure accountability for action items across business and technical teams. Financial & Invoicing Support * Assist with processing, tracking, and reconciliation of project-related invoices. * Validate invoices against statements of work, purchase orders, and approved budgets. * Maintain invoice logs and support budget tracking activities. * Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies. * Support monthly project financial reporting and forecasting activities.
