## About the Role

* 5+ years of dedicated experience in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms and process design.
 * Extensive experience leading global rollouts and implementations of Workforce Software (WFS), including Time & Attendance and complex pay rule configurations.
 * Proven track record supporting integrations between WFM platforms and systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and global payroll providers.
 * Strong ability to gather business requirements, design scalable processes, and manage complex multi-country deployment timelines and risks.
 * Solid experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture).
 * Deep understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, union rules, and Works Council compliance requirements across international jurisdictions.
 * Excellent strategic communication skills to convey roadmaps, project status, risks, and business cases to senior leadership.
 * Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills:

 * Experience with change management frameworks and driving user adoption for new enterprise processes.
 * Hands-on experience standardizing and optimizing global WFM processes in multi-entity environments.

## Description

* Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and global rollout of enterprise Workforce Management solutions.
 * Manage Workforce Software (WFS) configuration, including Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, and system parameters.
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
 * Oversee and support integrations between WFS, Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and regional payroll platforms.
 * Ensure all deployed solutions comply fully with country-specific labor laws, union contracts, and Works Council mandates.
 * Develop strategic deployment roadmaps, business cases, project updates, and risk mitigation plans.
 * Collaborate with implementation vendors to guarantee project deliverables meet timeline and quality standards.
 * Identify continuous improvement opportunities to standardize WFM operations globally.
