## Description

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Member Experience Representatives to join a growing healthcare services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and healthcare providers, assisting with health insurance inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility., * Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers

 * Respond to inquiries regarding health insurance claims, benefits, and eligibility
 * Research and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
 * Accurately document interactions and update member information in company systems
 * Utilize Microsoft Office applications and internal systems to support customer requests
 * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance expectations
 * Follow established procedures and compliance requirements
