## About the Role

Our client, a trusted leader in life sciences for over 30 years, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Mount Arlington NJ. Serving as a pre-sales consultant, this role works in partnership with sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams to shape decisions around products, data services, APIs, integrations, and workflows that solve customer business, compliance, and data management challenges. The Product Specialist will deliver tailored product demonstrations, support RFP and RFI responses, lead technical discovery sessions, and translate customer requirements into practical solution recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with data and technology, curiosity about customer problems, and the ability to explain complex solutions in clear practical terms to non-technical audiences. Experience with APIs, data integrations, CRM systems, SQL, and enterprise software is strongly preferred. Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or
healthcare data experience is a plus.
