This is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX. Partnering closely with HRIS, technology, finance, and operator teams, the Workday Integration Lead will design, build, and support scalable, secure integrations while ensuring reliable, well-governed data flows across the enterprise., * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain the full portfolio of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services (REST/SOAP) across operator and multi-tenant environments. * Build and maintain a centralized integration registry that catalogs every integration, including data flows, ownership, dependencies, run schedules, and downstream systems. * Develop and support integrations for operators and across multi-tenant Workday environments, ensuring proper data segregation, scalability, and security. * Partner with HRIS, Finance, IT, and operator stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into secure, scalable technical integration designs. * Partner with WBS Data warehouse team to facilitate data extracts and respective integration tools usage. * Monitor integration health and performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement robust error handling, logging, and alerting to ensure reliability across tenants. * Support semi-annual Workday releases through regression testing, impact analysis, and remediation, while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable integration frameworks.
