Desired Qualifications * Advanced degree preferred. * Experience working within large, enterprise organizations or consulting environments supporting multiple business partners. * Experienceestablishingvisualization standards, governance practices, or enterprise reporting best practices. * Experienceparticipatingin Tableau User Groups, Data Visualization Society, industry conferences, or other professional visualization communities. * Experience with Python, Alteryx, or other data preparation tools preferred. ## Description As aSr. Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst,you'llplay a key role in advancing BECU's enterprise data visualization capabilities by designing intuitive, impactful, and scalable reporting solutions that help leaders make smarter decisions.You'llpartner with analytics teams, business leaders, and BI engineers across the organization to transform complex data into meaningful stories that influence strategy at every level-including executive leadership. This role is about much more than building dashboards.You'llchampion best practices in data visualization, helpestablishenterprise reporting standards, mentor fellow analysts, and introduce innovative ideas that elevate how BECU communicates with data.
