This position is ideal for an early-career software engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems, developing modern cloud-based applications, and collaborating with both technical and business teams. You will help build scalable software solutions, data processing applications, cloud-native services, and system integrations that support transportation operations throughout the cold supply chain, What You Will Own * Design, develop, test, and maintain software features for the SmartMove platform. * Build and enhance data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical solutions using Python. * Develop and support cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services. * Design and maintain integrations with third-party transportation systems and external business applications. * Build solutions leveraging Snowflake, Azure Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, and related cloud technologies. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. * Participate in code reviews, testing efforts, and software quality initiatives. * Troubleshoot application issues across development and production environments. * Contribute to software architecture discussions, technical documentation, and engineering best practices. * Support Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. * Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve platform capabilities and engineering productivity.
