This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product development teams to integrate design inputs and improve manufacturing processes. Responsibilities * Utilize pre-existing manufacturing experience to populate PFMEAs. * Collaborate with product development to receive design inputs for PFMEAs. * Locate DFMEAs in the repository and extract severity ratings and failure effects. * Work with FMA experts to address and correct PFMEA audit discrepancies. * Assess manufacturing controls to determine if PFMEA detection methods can be improved. * Upload deviation proofs to systems such as Jira/E2KS and update PFMEAs to standards. * Obtain supervisor signatures on PFMEAs and upload them to the FEDE workbench., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
