## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
 * 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally as the sole or lead IT resource at a site
 * Solid PC hardware and software knowledge
 * Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP networking
 * Understanding of relational databases
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently, set your own priorities, and know when to escalate

Nice to Have

 * Associate degree or technical certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, or Microsoft or Cisco certifications
 * Experience supporting manufacturing or semiconductor environments

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift and move 10-50 lbs
 * Close, distance, and color vision with the ability to adjust focus
 * Comfortable working in moderate noise and occasionally near moving mechanical parts, * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Hands on IT support: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Serve as the primary on-site contact for all IT issues, triaging, resolving, and escalating helpdesk requests across all shifts
 * Maintain site network infrastructure, including switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and cabling
 * Administer site servers and virtual machines; monitor system health, storage, and backups, and assist with restore testing
 * Manage users, permissions, email, and MFA in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online administration and license audits
 * Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, provisioning, and timely deprovisioning
 * Deploy, image, patch, and retire PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals; manage devices through Intune and BitLocker; maintain hardware and software asset inventory
 * Support production-floor systems, including industrial PCs, data-collection terminals, instrument PCs, and legacy operating systems on semiconductor fabrication tool controllers
 * Enforce IT security standards, including endpoint protection, patching, access reviews, and phishing response
 * Generate and deliver customer Certificates of Analysis (CofA), including FTP uploads and troubleshooting
 * Maintain IT documentation, knowledge-base articles, network diagrams, SOPs, and disaster recovery records
 * Coordinate with vendors and carriers on hardware, software, telecom, and internet service; provide procurement recommendations and handle warranty/RMA
 * Support telephony, conference room A/V, badge access, and camera systems as assigned
 * Assist with database reporting and data requests
 * Provide on-call and after-hours response for critical site outages
