 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field required
 * Master's degree or MBA preferred
 * Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive technology leadership experience
 * Minimum seven (7) years leading enterprise technology organizations at a senior executive level
 * Experience overseeing infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, and data/analytics functions
 * Proven success leading large-scale technology modernization and transformation initiatives
 * Experience in hospitality, gaming, resort, entertainment, or similarly complex 24/7 operational environments preferred
 * Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise AI strategies
 * Working knowledge of Generative AI platforms, machine learning concepts, automation technologies, and modern data architectures
 * Experience establishing AI governance, risk management, data privacy, and responsible AI frameworks
 * Ability to evaluate AI-related business opportunities and quantify expected business value
 * Understanding of emerging technology trends and their practical application within large organizations
 * Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen
 * Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide change
 * Strong people leadership skills with experience leading large, multifunctional teams
 * Ability to balance innovation, operational stability, security, and regulatory compliance
 * Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
 * Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
 * Ability to effectively achieve business unit goals and objectives by implementing strategic and operational plans, budgets, and best practices; and monitoring and evaluating results

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

## Description

This executive serves as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team and ensures technology investments drive operational excellence, enhance the guest and Member experience, improve decision-making through data, and create sustainable competitive advantage. The role leads the development and execution of the Company's AI strategy and governance framework, ensuring responsible, secure, and effective adoption of emerging technologies across the enterprise., The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

 * Develop and execute the Company's enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
 * Lead all technology functions including infrastructure, network services, cloud platforms, IT operations, service delivery, application support, enterprise systems, software development, architecture, data platforms, analytics, and digital solutions
 * Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic technology initiatives
 * Establish technology governance standards, operating models, and performance metrics
 * Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, guest experiences, and business outcomes
 * Develop business technology roadmaps across all operational and administrative departments
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives that create measurable business value
 * Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve productivity through modern technology solutions
 * Develop and execute the Company's Artificial Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and operating framework
 * Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, decision-making, revenue optimization, guest engagement, and Member experience
 * Establish AI governance standards addressing security, privacy, compliance, ethical use, risk management, and responsible AI practices
 * Partner with business leaders to drive AI adoption and integrate AI capabilities into business processes and technology platforms
 * Evaluate and implement Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Predictive Analytics, and emerging AI technologies
 * Create AI literacy and adoption programs to educate leaders and Members on effective AI utilization
 * Monitor industry trends and ensure the organization remains competitive regarding AI innovation and operational maturity
 * Oversee enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities
 * Establish data governance policies that ensure data quality, accessibility, security, and compliance
 * Enable data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and performance reporting
 * Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure supporting 24/7 resort operations
 * Oversee technology service management, infrastructure modernization, cloud strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
 * Ensure high availability and performance of all enterprise technology platforms
 * Partner with cybersecurity leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive enterprise security strategy
 * Ensure technology systems comply with gaming regulations, privacy requirements, security standards, and internal controls
 * Lead technology-related audit remediation and risk management activities
 * Develop and manage enterprise technology budgets and capital investment plans
 * Establish business cases and ROI frameworks for technology investments
 * Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology partnerships
 * Build and lead a high-performing technology organization
 * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
 * Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines across technology disciplines
 * Promote adoption of agile, product-oriented, and customer-focused technology practices
 * Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary, This position provides strategic leadership and oversight for all technology functions, including IT operations, infrastructure, applications, digital platforms, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, AI and automation, project management, cybersecurity partnership, and technology vendor management.
