Location Requirement: This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed. * Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software. * Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools. ## Description The Associate Cybersecurity Engineer will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security controls that protect Dutch Bros systems, data, and people. The role will involve supporting security tooling such as SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, and identity and access management; assisting with vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking; monitoring and triaging security alerts and escalating potential incidents; and partnering with IT and engineering teams to apply secure configurations and remediate risks., * Support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day health of security tooling, including SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, and identity and access management. * Monitor and triage security alerts, perform initial investigation, document findings, and escalate potential incidents to senior engineers. * Assist with vulnerability scanning, track remediation with system owners, and help verify that fixes are applied and effective. * Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to apply secure configurations, support access reviews, and remediate identified risks. * Support security awareness efforts and promote adoption of secure practices across the organization, under the guidance of senior team members. * Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices to continually improve your approach. * Participate in knowledge sharing, tabletop exercises, and training sessions to build your technical competency in security tooling and incident response. * Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings ## Related Videos - [An Applied Introduction to eBPF with Go](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1075-an-applied-introduction-to-ebpf-with-go) - [JavaScript?
