This executive leadership role is responsible for accelerating Artificial Intelligence adoption across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking (WCIB). The leader will establish and execute the AI strategy, operating model, and delivery framework that enables business lines to leverage enterprise AI capabilities, accelerate innovation, improve productivity,anddrivemeasurablebusinessoutcomeswhilemaintainingstronggovernanceandriskcontrols.

KeyResponsibilities

 * Defineandexecuteamulti-yearAItechnologystrategyandroadmapthatadvancesclientexperiences,operationalefficiency,employeeproductivity,andbusinessgrowthacrossWCIB.
 * LeadthedevelopmentandoperationofafederatedAIdeliverymodel,establishingAIengineeringpodsembeddedwithinbusiness-alignedtechnologyorganizations.
 * Partnerwithseniorbusiness,product,andtechnologyleaderstoidentify,prioritize,anddeliverhigh-valueAIusecasesthatdrivemeasurableoutcomes.
 * AccelerateadoptionofGenerativeAI,AgenticAI,MachineLearning,andenterpriseAIplatformsacrossWCIBtechnologyteams.
 * CollaboratewithenterpriseAIorganizationsandCentersofExcellencetoleveragesharedplatforms,reusableservices,andstandardizedAIarchitectures.
 * EstablishscalableAIengineeringpractices,frameworks,tooling,andgovernancethatenablerapidandconsistentdeliveryacrossmultiplebusinessunits.
 * DriveAI-enabledimprovementsacrossthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,increasingengineeringproductivity,codequality,deliveryspeed,andoperationalexcellence.
