Preferred Skills * Experience with VMware alternatives such as KVM/Nutanix or RedHat/OpenShift. * VMware Certified Advanced Professional certification. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience. * Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience. * PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience. * Experience working in collaborative, fast-moving engineering environments. * Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate findings to a variety of audiences. This remote opportunity is ideal for a VMware Cloud Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving virtualization performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
