This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Solution Leads, and stakeholders to ensure prioritized, high-value work is delivered efficiently and aligns with business goals. The Product Owner provides day-to-day oversight of a scrum team, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures continuous flow of work through backlog management and cross-team coordination., Backlog Management & Agile Execution * Own the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the user story backlog. * Conduct initial story card mapping and identify cross-team dependencies. * Establish story acceptance criteria and ensure work meets definition of done. * Prioritize backlog to support highest value work. * Provide clarification and context to the development team. * Facilitate system demonstrations and support UAT testing. Stakeholder Engagement * Represent stakeholder needs while collaborating with technology partners. * Engage with internal and external partners to coordinate timing and dependencies. * Escalate issues to Program Directors and stakeholders as needed. * Support weekly and monthly status reporting efforts. Delivery Oversight & Scope Management * Monitor agile team demand and capacity. * Manage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through release. * Deliver upon business scope and requirements defined at the Feature level. * Monitor scope changes and manage size increases to maintain project integrity. * Address delivery risks and blockers to maintain team focus on priorities. * Manage risks associated with application and feature delivery. * Support long-term roadmap and OKR alignment with Product Leaders. * Provide transparency to leadership on project status and development issues., Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
