Tools & Technology

 * Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
 * Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools is preferred.

## Description

We are seeking UX/UI Designers for ongoing and future opportunities in the Charlotte, NC market. Candidates should have experience designing intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, applications, and other digital products.

Responsibilities

 * Create user-friendly designs for websites, applications, and digital products.
 * Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
 * Translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
 * Support user research, usability testing, and design improvements.
 * Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines.
 * Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
 * Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
