The ideal candidate has similar experience working in a DoD/Navy environment and understands how to navigate complex government programs and stakeholder requirements. This role requires someone who can work effectively with leadership, Public Works, Real Property, Environmental, Emergency Management, and other technical and business stakeholders while managing multiple projects, schedules, resources, deliverables, and priorities. Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, enterprise geodatabases, geospatial data management, GIS governance, and executive-level reporting is highly desirable., * Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geospatial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Planning, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; master's degree preferred. * 8+ years of GIS, geospatial, or installation asset management experience, including enterprise GIS administration, spatial data management, and geospatial analysis. * 5+ years of project or program management experience supporting government, DoD, Federal, utilities, infrastructure, or large-scale geospatial programs. * Demonstrated experience with ESRI technologies including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, geodatabases, web mapping applications, and spatial analytics tools. * Proven ability to manage GIS data collection, quality control, database maintenance, mapping production, reporting, and enterprise geospatial systems. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders across engineering, facilities, real property, utilities, environmental, and operational organizations. * Strong leadership, communication, customer engagement, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes. * Professional certifications such as PMP, GISP, ESRI Technical Certification, or equivalent are highly desired.
