Preferred Locations: NM, NY, FL ## Description In this role, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, Customer Service, and other business teams to understand business needs, define enhancement requests, and translate those needs into clear functional requirements. Working closely with our development and UAT teams, you'll help guide enhancements from initial concept through development, user acceptance testing, and production deployment. You'll play a key role in improving the customer experience by enhancing capabilities such as product information, search, digital merchandising, navigation, analytics, and other features that support our online business. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge business objectives with technical solutions. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, comfortable configuring applications, and confident analyzing large data sets to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and validate business requirements. What You'll Do · Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to improve our eCommerce websites and digital customer experience. · Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for website enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. · Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team. · Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification throughout the development lifecycle and helping ensure solutions meet business expectations. · Support the UAT team by clarifying business requirements, resolving functional questions, and assisting with production deployments. · Configure and maintain the website's content management system (CMS) and related digital commerce platform settings to support new features, business requirements, and merchandising initiatives. · Analyze business processes, website performance, and large data sets to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend business and technical improvements. · Support website enhancements, integrations, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across the digital commerce platform. · Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, Customer Service, and IT to deliver solutions that improve both the customer experience and business operations. · Manage multiple enhancement requests and projects simultaneously while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support.
