## Description

Sierra at XYZ Tech Inc. is hiring a Midday Associate to support software operations and customer needs during core daytime hours. In this role, you'll monitor cloud-based applications, triage support tickets, and assist with basic data and system checks to ensure smooth performance. You'll collaborate with developers, analysts, and support teams to document issues, escalate technical problems, and help test minor updates. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with technology tools, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative IT environment based in Chicago., * Monitor software applications and system dashboards during midday hours

 * Triage and respond to user and client support tickets
