Other Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience with Agentic development, Cursor or Claude, developing specifications, reviewing output, and ensuring quality and accuracy. * Strong understanding of computer science algorithms, data structures, and design patterns * Hands-on experience with IoT cloud platform technologies * Proficiency in designing Multi-tenant SaaS applications with high-volume transactions, * Continuous delivery, with pipelines implemented in Kubernetes, Docker * Front-End JavaScript Frameworks, especially Angular with Jasmine unit testing * Experience implementing and maintaining Datadog * Experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions * Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), with Gherkin & SpecFlow * Atlassian Jira and Confluence * Software security best practices and implementation, e.g. OWASP, PKI, X509 Certificates, TLS * Software development for regulated environments, e.g. IVD / Medical devices ## Description In Waters, the Lab and Data Management group produces software that is used by people worldwide for specialist measurement and scientific analysis. We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work in one of our Cloud Development teams.
