Leadership Development * Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders. * Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching engagements, and development initiatives. * Support succession planning and high-potential employee development programs. * Develop career pathing frameworks that support internal mobility and employee growth. Talent Management * Partner with HR and business leaders to drive performance management processes. * Develop and maintain competency models and talent assessment tools. * Analyze talent trends and workforce data to support strategic decision-making. * Support employee development planning and learning initiatives. Change Management * Lead change management efforts related to organizational transformations and strategic initiatives. * Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to drive successful adoption. * Assess organizational readiness and identify implementation risks. * Coach and support leaders through organizational change. Employee Engagement & Culture * Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. * Partner with leadership to improve the employee experience. * Analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans. * Drive initiatives that reinforce organizational values and promote a high-performance culture.
