## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years' experience with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and communications systems
 * At least 5 years' experience in Solutions Engineering, Requirements-Driven Design, and Systems Engineering
 * 5 years supporting estimating, proposal development, engineering execution, field installation, commissioning, and project delivery
 * Bachelor's Degree highly preferred; relevant technical certifications are a plus

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic contract understanding, and leadership skills to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable electronic security solutions. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business development, and executive leadership to drive technical excellence and operational efficiency.
