## About the Role

* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare IT, enterprise applications, interoperability, or related technology leadership roles.
 * Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing application support teams, enterprise systems, or integration services.
 * Experience supporting healthcare application ecosystems, EMR platforms, and interoperability initiatives.

Technical Skills:

 * Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, EMR systems, practice management platforms, healthcare workflows, and interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and related technologies.
 * Experience with application lifecycle management, system governance, vendor coordination, and operational support processes.
 * Understanding of healthcare cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance principles.

Preferred Experience:

 * Relevant healthcare application certifications are preferred.·
 * CHCIO, PMP, ITIL, or interoperability-related certifications preferred.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Informatics or related field required.
 * Master's degree preferred.
