## About the Role

* 5+ years' development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS framework
 * 2+ years' development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks.
 * 2+ years' development experience with Power Platform (implementing PowerApps).
 * Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities.
 * Strong hands-on modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience
 * Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views.
 * Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects. Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients.
 * Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements, design, development, testing and delivery

In addition:

 1. Bachelor's degree from an approved and accredited college
 2. MCSD or MCSE preferred
 3. Legal experience preferred

## Description

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of web-based solutions., * Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business Professionals.

 * Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications.
 * Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms and technologies.
 * Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate datasources and APIs.
 * Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices.
 * Maintain, support and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes. Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed.
 * Communicate to Management Team project status, issues and risks.
