## About the Role

* Technical training in manufacturing or quality systems.
 * QMS, ISO, or AS9102 certification is a plus., * Minimum 2-3 years of manufacturing or plant experience.
 * 2-3 years of team leadership experience.
 * Experience using precision inspection tools, including:

 * Calipers
 * Micrometers
 * Pin Gauges
 * Height Gauges

Strong understanding of quality inspection principles, calibration, and measurement techniques.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment while following safety standards.

## Description

QuickHire is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to support inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inspection workflow, supporting quality initiatives, monitoring inspector performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Project Coordinators through coaching and operational oversight.
Responsibilities

 * Monitor inspection team workflow to ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards.
 * Evaluate inspector performance and provide feedback to Project Coordinators.
 * Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection processes.
 * Ensure proper control, documentation, and segregation of non-conforming and scrap materials.
 * Coordinate with logistics to maintain accurate material flow and inventory control.
 * Perform scrap analysis and reporting.
 * Assist with Layered Process Audits (LPA).
 * Support calibration verification and inspection equipment control.
 * Maintain accurate inspection records in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
 * Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
 * Support document control and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Participate in internal quality audits.
