Preferred Skills & Experience: * Experience supporting nonprofit or mission-driven organizations. * Background in AI integration and automation solutions. * Familiarity with Vendor and MSP relationship management. * Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. * Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technology innovation. ## Description The Technology Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization's technology vision to maximize operational efficiency and organizational impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees the planning, implementation, and management of technology systems that support fundraising, grantmaking, operations, and communications. The ideal candidate will act as an internal technology champion, leveraging their expertise to optimize systems-including a complex, highly customized Salesforce environment-while guiding responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI. This role demands a collaborative leader with strong systems thinking skills, capable of working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, data integrity, and innovative solutions., * Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Assess needs, recommend scalable solutions, and lead initiatives to upgrade hardware and software systems. * Salesforce Management: Serve as the internal Salesforce expert, overseeing customization, reporting, dashboard development, workflow automation, and system integrations. Proactively manage system updates and data quality. * Systems Administration & Integration: Configure and maintain system settings, security, and user roles across various platforms. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, email marketing tools, contracts management systems, and the organization's website. * Partnership & Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and MSPs to manage technology partnerships, hardware lifecycle, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting. Oversee ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and security protocols. * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training: Partner with teams to leverage technology in streamlining workflows and advancing organizational objectives.
