* Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
 * CompTIA Security+ certification.
 * 2+ years of IT support experience.
 * Experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, and asset management.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.

## Description

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a secure enterprise environment. Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment deployment, and IT asset management., * Provide desktop and technical support to end users.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, and replace IT equipment.
 * Manage IT assets, inventory, and related data records.
 * Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
