Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field. * Direct experience designing, developing, integrating, servicing, supporting, or operating HPLC, UHPLC, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, or other analytical instrumentation platforms strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of chromatography workflows, laboratory operations, and customer applications in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical, food, environmental, or clinical markets. * Experience developing complex electromechanical products involving fluidics, sensors, automation, software, firmware, and data systems. * Experience with system architecture, technology development, and new product introduction activities. * Familiarity with cybersecurity, connectivity, cloud-enabled products, laboratory informatics, and data management platforms. * Experience with Design Controls, Risk Management, Verification & Validation, and regulated product development processes. * Experience using requirements management and systems engineering tools such as Jama, DOORS, Polarion, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. * Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical activities. * Knowledge of liquid chromatography system design considerations such as solvent delivery, sample management, detector technologies, thermal management, and laboratory workflow integration is a plus+ ## Description This highly collaborative and hands-on role requires a versatile engineer who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.
