This role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems while ensuring they are dynamically scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective. The Cloud Engineer III will lead significant technical initiatives, manage Citrix infrastructure, and support Azure-based solutions, including Azure DevOps, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud solutions., Cloud System Engineering: * Design, implement, and maintain scalable, available, and fault-tolerant cloud-based systems using Azure PAAS and IAAS services. * Implement cost-control strategies to optimize cloud resource usage. Citrix Infrastructure Management: * Maintain and administer all aspects of the company's Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp and XenDesktop. * Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and develop long-term strategies for Citrix systems. Identity and Access Management: * Implement Azure Identity, SSO (single sign-on), and MFA (multi-factor authentication) capabilities. * Manage, plan, design, and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment. * Enhance and upgrade Active Directory domains to meet business requirements. Technical Leadership: * Lead projects and initiatives, contributing to the technical design and implementation of systems on-premise or in cloud platforms. * Generate scripts and templates for automated provisioning and debug technical issues in complex stacks. Azure DevOps Management: * Build and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release workflows. * Manage Azure DevOps repos, branch policies, and automate infrastructure provisioning. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: * Document architectural solutions, design specifications, and technical guidance for junior team members.
